Wash in cold or lukewarm water 30C max,
Hand wash is always best,
If using a washing machine - use a wash bag, delicate cycle & use the shortest spin cycle.
Use a ph neutral, gentle detergent & like your skin - do not use harsh chemicals
such as bleach.
Do not wring, pat dry to remove excess water.
Do not tumble dry - natural air dry flat in shade is best
Iron or steam (under cloth &/or inside out) on the lowest setting.
