Change of mind
If you’re an indecisive one & wish to exchange the item for a different colour/size.
No judgement here. Just get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it - including
packaging or gifts. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note shipping costs are of the customers expense, we suggest you use a trackable
shipping method, as we do not take responsiblity for missing or lost returns.
We charge a small shipping fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
No exchange, return or refunds on giftcards.

Faulty or damaged
We pride ourselves on our high quality products, if you receive a faulty or damaged item,
please contact us within 10 days of delivery & we’ll offer an exchange or refund.

Factory seconds
To maintain our high quality & standards, we don’t offer factory seconds or
sales of returned items.
